Passionfruit Sour

1 1/2 oz Krogstad Aquavit
1 oz passionfruit pulp
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white

Dry shake (without ice), shake well again with ice, strain into coupe glass

Garnish with fresh lime zest
