Monkey Business

1 dash Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
1 1/2 oz Krogstad Aquavit
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh carrot juice
1/2 oz roasted sweet potato simple syrup
1/2 oz Marillen Blume Apricot Eau de Vie
1/4 oz honey syrup
1/4 oz cinnamon bark syrup
1/4 oz half and half

Shake; strain into pebble ice-filled glass
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
