Sarsaparilla Sour

2 oz Krogstad Aquavit
3/4 oz sarsaparilla simple syrup*
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white
Angostura Bitters, to top

Dry shake (without ice), add ice, shake vigorously, strain, top with a couple drops Angostura Bitters

*To make sarsaparilla simple syrup, combine 10 oz hot water with 10 oz sugar and 1 tablespoon dried sarsaparilla root. Steep until cool, then strain.
