2 oz Krogstad Aquavit
1 oz strong earl grey tea
3/4 oz Portland Syrups Vanilla-Rooibos Syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake and strain into ice-filled rocks glass

Garnish with lemon peel
